Fit Kids of America was established as a result of the growing concern over the health risks associated with overweight, obesity and sedentary lifestyles of children and teens.
Fit Kids of America provides specialized youth fitness training, nutrition education, and a healthy weight control program that is pediatrician and dietitian approved.
Since then, our program has successfully enabled hundreds of children to overcome health problems, develop active and positive lifestyles, and raise their self-esteem in the process.

OUR GOAL AND MISSION STATEMENT...
To motivate, teach and guide children to establish a solid foundation of sound nutrition and healthful Lifestyle habits

Fit Kids of America are motivated and encouraged to include daily fitness activities and good nutrition for proper growth and development.
Fit Kids of America operates under the direction of board certified professionals:
